Wedding photography at Red Lion Pub, Apsley, Hertfordshire

A day full of laughter and lots and lots of music. Moe and Kev celebrated their wedding at The Red Lion in Apsley. Kev is a drumming teacher and musician in a band and so the day naturally had to revolve around music. The place settings and table plans were made from single records complete with peacock colours. Each guest received a jar of 'Wedding Jam' and music was played at every opportunity. Music before the ceremony, during the ceremony, after the ceremony! Many of the guests were musicians and so instruments were set up for anyone to jump on and have a  jam. No schedule, no plan, just lots of fun. To have a short quiet time alone, Moe and Kev took a walk along the canal. When the evening chill set in, all instruments were moved inside.  As unique events continued throughout the evening until gone midnight, I stayed to capture it all.
